Dr. Chauhan, presently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department ECE, Amrita School of Engineering, Bengaluru, India. He received his bachelor’s degree in ECE from the UPTU, Lucknow, in 2011, master’s degree from the NIT Karnataka, Surathkal, in 2014. He is the recipient of the Prime Minister Scholarship from the Government of India. He his Ph.D. degree from Department of ECE, IIT Roorkee in August 2020. Before joining IIT Roorkee, he worked at the SSPL, DRDO, Delhi and CeNSE, IISC Bangalore. He has also worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of EE, IIT Delhi, from October 2020 to September 2022. He has received the IEEE IES Students and Young Professionals (SandYPs) at the IEEE ICIT conference, 2018, held at Lyon, France. Dr. Chauhan has published 18+ top-rated research papers in peer-reviewed Journals and International conferences. He also has a patent granted on energy harvesting. His research interests include microfabrication, piezoelectric energy harvesting (PEH), growth and characterization of thin films, sensors and actuators, design, simulation, and microfabrication of MEMS/NEMS devices.
